Lay-Bys

A lay-by contract must be clear and readable and must include the following details:
• A full description of the goods being purchased
• The total price of the goods
• The amount of deposit paid and the amount of the outstanding balance
• When additional payments are due, for example weekly, monthly, etc
• If any cancellation fees apply and how they are calculated
• The trader's details, name and street address, and
• Any other terms or conditions
